   This is a neat horseshoe shaped wearable gel for your neck. It's a little cold at first out of the freezer but it doesn't cause any frostbite or discomfort. It really helps cool off on a hot day and it lasts for a long time.

   This really helps me! I'm going thru a big heatwave over 105 most days here and AC is struggling and very expensive. I just bought a second one so I can keep switching them out in the refrigerator when I defrost them with my body heat. I even tried wearing it on my head as you can see and that helped!
   
   If the makers of this product read this can you please make a cap out of this stuff so we can cool ourselves by stopping the heat loss through the tops of our heads?
   
   Also helpful would be versions for our wrists and or ankles!

   I'm so heat intolerant and cooling towels never last long enough on my walks. For best results, wrap wet cooling towel around frozen neck ring it seems to keep my face cooler that way. It has been so hot I got to put it to the test. It used without a towel it does not harm the skin. It will melt faster with out the towel. I think my best results were wrapping it with a wet cooling towel.
   
   Though, I had to use a thin cotton dish towel the other day without wetting it and it worked well. It did melt a bit faster than the when I used the cooling towel. It lasts me about 55 minutes out in 85 and above decree tempts so far. It freezes nice and quickly in the refrigerator and where I keep it overnight for bests results on my walks. I have frozen it in the freezer, but move it to the fridge. I've also used it inside in 105 heat index to cool down. It can be used on the forehead, but it slips a lot. I will likely get another as I thought I need two, but the addition of the towel helps cool more of my face and not just the neck.
   It only last 55 minutes, but so worth it for me.

   This works great. I work in a small shop that doesn’t have air conditioner which can get up to 90 plus humidity. I keep two of these one in the cooler and rotate them out all day. They last about an hour or so depending on how hot it is. They cool quickly. It has helped me tremendously during these super hot days! I get a lot of compliments on it too. They are the perfect size!

   Bends nicely but gently. Claims to last for 2 hrs with a 20 minute freeze. Indoor yes. Outdoor about an hour or so.
   I like it and will use it often.

   I have both a cloth-based neck wrap and this item. I like this much better than the cloth-based neck coolers with absorbing/expandable beads. The cloth-based neck coolers will get your clothes (neckline) wet vs. this does not. You can also wear like a headband to cool your forehead without getting your face wet. This can be easily cleaned/sanitized vs. the cloth-based option is harder to clean due to the beads. It's a lot messier to also soak the cloth-based wrap and keep it in the refrigerator until it's ready. You can leave this in the ziplock pouch they come in and I store it in the refrigerator door shelf for easy cooling and storage. No mess, always ready. Then I just pull it out when I want to use the cooler. I have not tried yet but may get more, so we can have extras so we can keep a set in an ice chest or cooler, chilling while we are wearing a set hiking or out in hot weather.

   I'm always hot, especially at work. Between using small fans and cold washcloths to cool down nothing was doing the job. I just received this and I've used it 2 days in a row at work and it's AMAZING. It stays cold, doesn't drip when melting, stays in place, and gets the job done. I'm thinking of buying a few more!
   
   The pictures show it still has frozen pieces in it hours after using it.
