This thing is amazing. Use it daily in my chair out back. Gives your back a little flex motion while siting and leaning back against it which for me also cracks my lower back relieving minor pain.
After trying all the medications, possible and impossible medical procedures, chiropractic treatments, lotions, potions, pain management therapy with very little results, I simply came across this product. I’m using it while laying down on my favorite sofa in my study, in a very comfortable position. Works best for pain relief
If you are suffering from back pain then you must have this back stretcher. This has really helped me a lot and works like magic. It’s a relief . This back stretcher relaxes and help relieve compression on the sciatic nerve, thus offering relief from the shooting pain of sciatica. I used mine like 5 to 10 min for a day and has done a great job for my back pain. Laying on this took the stress off those nerves and the acupressure pains loosened up the surround muscles. I recommend bending your legs and pulling yourself from the button of thighs and avoid twisting. My back was relaxed and the tight tensed up feeling was gone.
